Dangote Refinery Responds: No Payments Received from IPMAN for Fuel Supplies

Dangote Petroleum Refinery has firmly stated it has not received any payments from the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) for refined petroleum products. This announcement, made via a statement from Anthony Chiejina, Group Chief Branding and Communications Officer, dispels claims that IPMAN members face loading difficulties at Dangote’s facility.

In the statement, Dangote Refinery clarified that while discussions with IPMAN are ongoing, no direct business dealings currently exist between the two parties. “It is misleading to suggest that IPMAN members are experiencing issues with loading from our refinery as we have no direct business arrangements with them,” the statement read.
